Italian pasta salad with cheese tortellini, broccoli, cauliflower, pepperoni, mixed olives. I seasoned it with a little fennel and some fresh picked basil. This makes a hellacious amount and keeps very well in the refrigerator for busy summer days.

For dessert fresh strawberry cream squares on a nut and graham cracker crust.

I couldn't make up my mind until I remembered the fresh head of lettuce in the frig. I made myself a large chef's salad with chopped ham, shredded cheese, sweet pickle relish, two chopped up soft-boiled eggs topped with buttermilk ranch dressing.

Pan fried some pork chops and made a sort of sour cream/mustard pan sauce. Broccoli on the side and some noodles for me.
