I have found that they grill best when they are slightly unripe, because they don't fall apart on the grill. Grilled, sliced, and drizzled with real balsamic vinegar.

The broccoli and sliced green olives almost qualify as a Muffuletta relish.
Well whatever you want to call it, it was a dang good sandwich. First time I ever put broccoli on a sandwich.
Tonight we are having grilled chicken breast rubbed with Rosemary salt, the leftover tomato-basil-mozza linguine, and some french bread that must be eaten today.
Going to make an arugula, romaine, cucumber, radish, and sweet onion salad to go with.
It's already hot and humid here. Yuk! So I don't have to cook I will take chicken leftover from Saturday's beer can chicken and make chicken salad. I think I will serve on croissants. I'll serve with a side of green grapes.
Tonight potato salad with garlic breaded chicken legs,red radish salad and tomato and onion salad. To drink sour lemon water. For dessert sweet red cherries.
Have some leftover tri-tip roast from yesterday's dinner. Making potato salad as a side.
