The weather is so beautiful today! I am really enjoying Washington living. Tonight we are having Char Siu (on the grill of course, and I made the sauce last night), risotto with peppers and garlic, grilled broccoli and blueberry tarts with ice cream for dessert.
I think I will stop by the market today for some haddock. I plan on making fried haddock sandwiches for dinner with corn on the cob. If I feel motivated enough I will turn my lemons into lemonade!
We have some interesting frozen fish from Luckys Market. It is Red Trout with Salsa Verde. We will either have that or Orange Chicken with fried rice. Too soon to tell. Rhubarb pie for dessert.
the weather here is gorgeous. I think I will take something out of the freezer for grilling. Last night we ended up having shrimp and salmon with fresh beets and green salad. If I can defrost a pork roast fast enough we will smoke it. I have plenty of other things in the fridge to fix with it. Tomorrow is shopping day so a good time to clean out the fridge.
Well so much for that idea, I don't have a pork roast in the freezer. I can't believe it. So it is chicken thighs but still with the left over veggies to grill.
Stir fry beef strips.
Mashed potatoes with spinach.
Easy apple pie on puff pastry.
