Busy, busy day so dinner will be simple. I took some home made tamales out of the freezer and come chili. That's dinner,, along with a salad of some kind, probably green or guacamole if I can find some ripe avocados.
Tonight boiled potatoes with butter and creamed cottage cheese flavored with chive from my garden,caraway,salt and black pepper and as decoration tomato slices. For dessert cold cherry soup with fluffy cream of wheat.
