Tonight noodle casserole and Romaine lettuce with a yogurt,dill,lemon,pinch of sugar dressing. To drink sour lemon water. For dessert mango ice cream with roasted sweetened almonds.
Leftover baked chicken breast. And I'm going to Albertsons today, maybe I'll buy a bag of cole slaw for a side. With homemade dressing, not the stuff sold in a kit.
Cornbread and veggie stew that I cooked late last night. Chicken stock with speckled butter beans, Fordhook lima beans, tomatoes, white/yellow corn, tomatoes, potatoes, basil, thyme, and okra to thicken it.
I may drive a few miles up the road and around the bend and get a calzone.
Edited to add: I decided to walk the 23 steps into the kitchen and fix myself something and what I came up with is this:
1 package of rice a roni stir fried rice cooked according to package directions except I used beef broth instead of water.
When that was almost done I added:
1 small onion
1 cup green beans, carrots, peas and corn
2 tablespoons butter
garlic powder
pepper
