Got back from a short vacation last night and called my favorite local Chinese delivery place for some mu shu pork.

I'll be making these Spicy Tuna Cakes to go with leftover baked beans and broccoli salad.

ETA: For the tuna cakes, I just form them into patties and sautee them in a pan. The muffin tin method didn't work for me. Too much sticking.

Papa Murphy's lite pizza. Spinach, chicken, artichoke and bacon for DD, BBQ chicken, red onion, tomatoes for DS and myself. More dental surgery on Monday, so I'll be back to soft foods for awhile.

looks like we are having chicken thighs, mashed potatoes; a combo of white and sweet; Also avocado salad and fresh green beans. Oh I love this time of the year: just can't get enough fresh veggies and fruits.
