Our once a week or we try once a week meatless dinner. With tomatoes finally at surplus here it is time for tomato onion pie. I can't wait. I only make it a couple times during the summer but it is so good and so easy. I will do a fresh green garden salad with it.

Easy Friday night dinner tonight. The husband is making individual nachos in the Tostitos' scoop chips. Ill boil up some corn on the cob too!
