You would think we would be sick of poultry after Thanksgiving but tonight we are having baked brown sugar chicken with garlic and roasted squash, a tomato and avocado salad and apple pie roll ups for dessert.

I caught someone's cold on my Thanksgiving trip, just in time for my last class tomorrow night before the final and two assignments due.

I had canned soup last night and tonight I'm making tuna salad sandwiches on white with leaf lettuce. I make my tuna salad with pickles and celery and a bit of onion.

I am sorry you are sick. Yes, that darn cold has been shared by many. In our family I decided about 3 weeks ago to give it to spoiled brat but before that my daughter gave it to me. Then my granddaughter got it and on our cruise I gave it to my other daughter. Sharing is wonderful but not this way.

Good luck and keep the hard work up with your classes.

I made 2 sheppard pies a couple of days ago. I am taking one to a family at church that has a member just home from the hospital and we are having the other one. I think I am making Waldorf salad as well.
