Sounds yummy!

Tonight I'm going to spatchcock a chicken and do a mustard, butter & herb rub up under the skin. I'll roast some sweet potatoes to go with it and some steamed asparagus for the side. For dessert, pears with buttersotch sauce & toasted pecans

Tonight I am making torsk, rice pilaf and roasted asparagus. Although we don't usually have dessert we will have some pepparkakor cookies from the Swedish bakery that will finish this meal perfectly!

Have a great Monday!!!

Well I just went to the freezer, opened the door and asked all the packages which wanted to be cooked for dinner? The chicken breasts won out. so that is what we are having; chicken breasts topped with mushroom sauce (aka mushroom soup) fruit salad and bok choy. I may do cous cous as well.

Highly seasoned, baked drumsticks, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and butter peas.

Thinking about having crescent rolls slathered in butter, too.
