I feel you. I feel the same way about Taco Bell. Other people who ate it was fine but ever since that New Years Eve that I violently vomited while eating it...never again. Just the utter smell of it puts me off so I wouldn't even go in there to go the bathroom. I'd rather hold it.
Same thing with McDonald's. I had the runs one day from the nuggets and I can't go to the bathroom there either.

Every once in a while it's an ok go-to but mostly if I want a quick and easy I'm buying a sub from somewhere..
I can't take it either unless I lived in California (they have In N Out Burger for example). The taste of it has really changed. Pizza Hut used to be good but I think they changed their ingredients because I don't know how they call that food anymore.
I also notice everytime I eat Popeye's I get a headache. I don't know why. Even Arby's makes me feel ill enough to not tolerate it and I used to love their roast beef.

I'm definitely not a vegan by any means so my diet isn't that great but fast food is probably the worst thing you can eat. Some people can handle it though.

I think the fast food is making me sick though. I notice when I don't eat it for a few days, my stomach feels less bloated and my nose doesn't itch as much. And I also feel like I have more energy and more alert.
Then stop eating it, you know your body better than anyone here.

Default Can fast food make you feel sick?

To begin with, I practically lived on junk food for years. I could eat McDonald's twice a day with no problem. It was a "fine food" in my opinion in my younger days.

In more recent years, I still might have a burger once a week. But I've grown to appreciate healthier foods, taste-wise.

Friday after work I stopped at the drive thru and picked up a Big Mac meal. It was okay but not amazing since I wasn't completely in the mood for it. After an hour or so my stomach felt a little upset. I decided to take a walk, after which I felt much better. Maybe I wasn't really in the MOOD for a burger, but I might have eaten it just because it had been a while and was probably lingering in the back of my mind. I have definitely enjoyed McD's lately whenever I've eaten there and been in the mood recently.

So, can a "less healthy" food than what you are used to actually cause a slightly upset stomach?

I cant eat fast food like I could years ago. I enjoy it every once in awhile but less and less as time goes on.. I don't know if it makes me sick but it does tend to sit inside like a rock and gives me a very heavy feeling..

My body just doesn't process the junk like it used to, MacDonald's seems to be the worse..

Sure any change in diet could cause an upset stomach or queasy feeling.

Occasionally I like it.

I rarely eat fast food any more...and yes, it does seem to make me feel sort of sick when I eat it.
