I once ordered a bagel with "Lox and cream cheese" at local "bagel place." They gave me a bagel with LOTS of cream cheese. DOH!!!!

I offer in summer a variety of cheeses with sauerkraut to add on bread/buns..another winner among my friends and family

Years ago I used to eat smoked Westfälian ham or Prosciutto with Honeydew melon..what a combination and I still serve it when I have guests coming.
