I would really miss it. I use it 4-5x/day easily. We are DINKs, so we don't cook for a lot of people & tend to make a big pot of something or grill a bunch of stuff & then reheat it all week. One of us is veg, so also eat lots of soups, chilis, etc which reheat great. Plus we often will freeze part of our big pot of whatever & then thaw in the fridge & warm it up in the wave. Most days, both of our meals are 'made' (heated) in the wave.

Every morning, water and a teabag in a cup, 2 minutes, splash of milk. Good to go!

Yes I use mine daily. Mostly to reheat leftovers or defrost items from the home freezer. Also, I use it for heating up oatmeal and milk.

Appealing to whom? ahem....hey works great in a hotel, if your underwear didn't dry our overnight, zap it in the microwave! I try to keep my underwear dry when in a hotel, but hey, can't always be perfect....

I can barely cook anything and eat frozen foods regularly, so yes my microwave is extremely useful to me.
