Probably lots of things, but the one that really stands out is peanut butter. Now I eat it nearly every day, but when I was a kid I wouldn't touch a peanut butter sandwich. It was a real shame because our school cafeteria handed out unlimited peanut butter sandwiches if you had paid for a lunch.

Cheese. When my dd was little I couldn't get over that she liked cheese, even as a toddler. I don't think I ate it until I was 20.

I disliked mushrooms and avocados. I mean, really, how could I???
love them now.

I hated liver and bell peppers. Eventually, I figured out that bell peppers cause me...um, gastric distress. Hate them.

Still hate beef liver, too, but I like pate, chicken livers, and liverwurst. go figure.

Things I hated as a kid but love today? Hard to say, since I loved most vegetables even back then. We grew a huge garden and canned everything to eat all winter. There were a couple of things I couldn't stand as a kid and still can't. One is liver as several have mentioned. Don't know how anyone could even get close to that without gagging the taste was so horrible. The other is eggs. Don't know why, but eggs for breakfast makes me choke and gag. Even to this day. My wife and kids say that I cook wonderful eggs, and make great omelets and don't understand how I can't even put in a single bite without gagging on it.

Kid: broccoli,stewed tomatoes, cauliflower,liver
Adult: love em now. It is in how it's prepared.
Learned to delight in fresh mushrooms ( still detest them sauteed),

And I have been consistent with abhoring lamb and asparagus.no amount of preparation of seasonings have altered that distain.

Most vegetables. As a child, I only liked potatoes, corn and green beans. Now, I'll eat just about anything.

Adding beets and peas to my earlier list.
I still avoid both today in my adult life.
