Feeling uninspired so a quiche, side salad and garlic cheese toast. Normally wouldn't make the toast but DH bought a loaf of bread he thought was sour dough and it's a big thick fluffy white.

From the fridge leftovers the cook made chicken salad and served it over a bed of tomato and stuffed the lingering celery with peanut butter. I'm good.
Having Chinese food tonight: fried rice, snow peas and egg rolls. I might also do a little beef and broccoli but am not sure about that.
