I found a dinner ham in my freezer this morning. I pulled that out. We will have that, some leftover mashed potatoes and peas for a nice simple dinner.

I make Vietnamese style pork meatballs, and like you I always make extra.
I fry them in peanut oil, but frying them in sesame oil sounds like a great idea.

Tonight's dinner will probably some Brats on the grill on torpedo rolls, with a cubed potato tomato onion green pepper sauce with some hot pepper flakes thrown in for zing.
