was worn out last night so just pan fried some frozen gyoza and steamed some green beans.

Tonight will be cumin lamb chops and the leftover kimchi collards, fresh mixed berries for dessert.

Mikala, just about everything I/We make anymore is inspired by what people post here...

BTW
That gooey stuff above the dish of meatballs is peanut sauce, I make it for my wife, I just go with a squeeze of lime and a little rice vinegar.

I got a nice pork shoulder yesterday, so I think I’ll make pork and sauerkraut with a splash of Guinness. Mashed potatoes.

I'll be making a spinach & tomato salad with balsamic dressing to go with leftover wursts & potato salad. I'm also making a frozen strawberry & cream cocktail but I don' know if it will be an appetizer or dessert. It's my reward for not yet turning on the a/c even though it's been in the mid '90's this week.

I served my meat balls over romaine with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, cilantro and green onions with a "dressing" of fish sauce, vinegar, chilis and spicy yuzu (and other stuff). The meatballs had a bunch of ingredients, but Chinese 5 spice was one, and it added a nice flavor.

Thanks for the inspiration.

Now could someone tell me what I am making tonight?

Oh, perhaps some red beans I have soaking either with indian spices or more smoky profile with ham.....
