Yes. Usually, Mikala. I'm just over-saturated with beef of late. I'm trying this drastic carnivore diet & intermittent fasting (warrior fasting, actually)... supposed to allow the body to heal autoimmune disorders... asthma & allergies are so exponentially horrendous, I can't walk down or up the 3 flights of outdoor stairs to my car without having a severe asthma attack. The air feels as thick as if I'm trying to breath inside a plastic bag.

It's the result of moving from lifelong sea level & big cities on oceans to the midwest with all those horrible trees & green things trying their best to suffocate me... I don't think I'll be able to stay long term. In any event, I'll try anything to naturally heal & after researching it all, it makes sense.

So, I need to eat ribeye daily (the fat is necessary)... so far, it has made me gain 10-lbs in 3-wks but, it also has corrected asthma by 50% & headaches are gone. I'll stick with it for a few months, but, I'm not really enjoying it since day 2-3. It's also getting $$$$$.
