Oxtails (braised and then finished in the pressure cooker, seasoned with soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, habanero sauce, lemon pepper, and parsley) and Jamaican coconut milk rice and peas. Its actually for lunch and dinner

We're doing pork ribs on the crockpot. Onions, garlic, bbq sauce, beer, water to cover. Baked small potatoes.
Started cooking it last night on high for about 4 hours. This morning before I left for work I turned it back on, low heat this time, for about 7 hours. I can't wait to go home!!!

Chicken and corn poblano cream soup, served with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of cheese, and a few tortilla chips! Even though I made it with 2 percent milk, I have a feeling it's not diet food.

Anyway, served up with a big glass of cold iced tea with mint garnish from our garden. YASSSSS!
