Me neither. I think he means the ones that are left over in the ocean. There are none left over in his fridge or freezer, I'm sure of it.

Tonight, comfort food ... Campbell's bean with bacon soup (a childhood favorite, and it still tastes the same) ...

I added some spinach, chili flakes, and bacon bits to it. It was good, but I missed my stir-fried veggies ...

Tomorrow for sure!

I love your optimism.

Tonight for us it's an outrageous amount of taco salad with cherry tomatoes from DH's garden.
I didn't realize we had both halves of a couple here. Hi medtran!

Lodey, that dinner sounds delicous.

What kind of ground turkey do you like to use for the burger? I could never have mine without carbs though.

Karen, I know you've told us how you make the veggies before, but there really needs to be a recipe thread in the Recipes forum so we can all find it easily, if you please, kind lady. We are an on-demand culture now.

Last night DH ended up making the bargain NY strip I bought him with some top ramen (a DH speciality),
and I ended up eating both giant ears of corn I boiled, smothered in melted butter and sprinkled with kosher salt. We were both too full after that.

Tonight I better make the huge green salad with red leaf and iceberg, paper thin shallot, shredded carrot and red cabbage, with bacos, croutons, and sunflower seeds on top. I'm going to mix up some hidden valley buttermilk ranch for me, and it's Ken's Steakhouse Thousand Island for the pleb husband.

Strawberries and whipped cream for dessert, accompanied by the assortment of See's Chocolates I was forced to buy while out shopping today.
