sesame crusted tuna loin splashed with some ponzu, corn on the cob, steamed asparagus; peaches, blueberries & whipped cream with a sprinkle of trail mix on top for dessert.
We are having beef tacos, guacamole salad if the avocados are not all rotten and black beans.

Tonight for us it's an outrageous amount of taco salad with cherry tomatoes from DH's garden.

Karen, I know you've told us how you make the veggies before, but there really needs to be a recipe thread in the Recipes forum so we can all find it easily, if you please, kind lady. We are an on-demand culture now.
Last night DH ended up making the bargain NY strip I bought him with some top ramen (a DH speciality),
and I ended up eating both giant ears of corn I boiled, smothered in melted butter and sprinkled with kosher salt. We were both too full after that.
Tonight I better make the huge green salad with red leaf and iceberg, paper thin shallot, shredded carrot and red cabbage, with bacos, croutons, and sunflower seeds on top. I'm going to mix up some hidden valley buttermilk ranch for me, and it's Ken's Steakhouse Thousand Island for the pleb husband.
Strawberries and whipped cream for dessert, accompanied by the assortment of See's Chocolates I was forced to buy while out shopping today.
Grilled teriyaki chicken with brown rice and steamed broccoli. Iced tea to drink.
