Baked cauliflower middle eastern style with humus and olive oil. Nice heat level to it. We have to change several meals because of freaking Fed Ex. Our overnight delivery of fresh domestic porcinis and morels which should have arrived Friday will be delivered today by 10:30 AM, maybe. The company we ordered from was supposed to re-ship our order yesterday, but after not receiving a tracking number my wife called and found out the domestic porcini season was over. So we canceled the whole order. We decided to refuse the delivery when Fed Ex finally shows up. I'll probably go to House of Caviar and get a couple fresh black truffles.
95 degrees or so here today; bridge for a good part of the day, with a bigger than usual lunch and leaving spoiled brat home but he too will have a good lunch, so dinner is: green salad topped with grilled shrimp, sliced fruit and hard bread with olive oil dipping sauce. Nice and simple and cool.
Here is a pic of last nights dinner which I mentioned earlier. It was so good, I had some for breakfast.
