Last night before we leave for 10 days. We are having the second of our delivered already prepared dinners. I was pleasantly surprised when the 2 were delivered yesterday: 20 minute to heat, tasty, and best of all, portions are designed to eliminate waste. Yes, that means on the small side. I did add a little bit of broccoli and carrots still in the fridge; will add a little something tonight as well.

last night I made Grilled honey balsamic chicken, I roasted some yellow squash and sprinkled parmesan cheese on top. I also made some Mini Perogies (Mrs. T) tonight is garlic shrimp with either pasta or rice not sure and I am making the roasted yellow squash with parmesan cheese again.

The plan is for Debsi’s macaroni salad, with either chicken sausage, or sautéed shrimp.

Lemon broccoli tortellini with a tomato/cucumber salad on the side, and maybe some banana bread since I have some old bananas.

Fresh Polish sausage (not smoked) and sauerkraut with a green salad or green veggie. The house will smell for a couple of days

Tonight we are having shrimp tacos and crab tacos both with avocado salsa, refried beans with jalapenos and cheese, cilantro/mango rice and raspberry margaritas.

Crepes stuffed with spinach, arugula, mushrooms, feta, sun dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts.

It needs some type of sauce. Lemon? Any ideas? Hollandaise?
