Been a tired few days, lots of running around. Chili for dinner tonight. It's one of our favorite things.

Meh,something like..... roasted sweet potato, brussel sprouts, and broccoli tossed with baby kale, spinach and chard, "lardons" of turkey spam, topped with tomatoes, avocado and a fried egg. A drizzle of hot sauce? Balsamic glaze?

I had such a busy day but luckily I still had a container of last summer's fresh tomato-mushroom marinara sauce. Made spaghetti to go with it and grated a bunch of parmesan.

Quality Street assortment for dessert.

At least there were a bunch of vegetables in my sauce. :

Leftover chicken fettuccine alfredo and salad. Drank Lagunitas Pale Ale. Raspberries in yogurt for dessert.

Tonight a big mixed garden salad with added leftover tandoori chicken breast. To drink lassi or lemon water. For dessert homemade yogurt with sliced strawberries.
