Last night, we went with a light supper of cod and steamed broccoli and lemon butter. I'm on my own tonight and haven't a clue if I'll grab something on the way home or scavenge the fridge.

Tonight we'll have oven panko baked lemon mahi mahi with baby boy choy and risotto. We are trying to eat fish at least once a week. He doesn't love fish, but he does like this recipe. It is lighter than fried fish and it is good with these sides.
am just about ready to make a big batch of spaghetti and meat balls with some hot Italian sausage as well. Usually cook it all day but today it will cook for only about 5 hours. I have just been playing around and wasting time this morning.
Baked turkey meatballs with yogurt dill sauce, and home made naan.
