I am marinating a pork tenderloin in a lemon juice, ginger, garlic, honey, etc mix. I will roast that tonight. I am thinking whipped sweet potatoes will go well with it. I am also making a look fancy but super easy to make salad. It is baby field greens, pomegranate seeds and feta with a lemon Dijon homemade dressing.
last night I had a cheese burger deluxe from the diner, and a cup of matzo ball soup. DH had chicken fingers with disco fries and fried calamari.
