I came across a recipe for Dorito salad a couple weeks ago. I had never heard of it before. I am a little leary but I am also intrigued. So I am cautiously going to make that for tonight's dinner!
I have some let over black beans and some hamburger meat I used for tacos Monday night, so think I am going to make a pasta salad with lots of greens in it plus adding what I have left. Of course you can't have salad for dinner only unless you have garlic bread as well, plus a little fresh fruit.
Out to dinner at a Korean-Chinese restaurant. Tried jan-jang myun. It was okay -- noodles with black bean sauce & diced pork -- but rather one-note. I wouldn't order it again.
Tonight garlic breaded chicken legs,baked potato wedges and tomato salad. To drink lassi or sour lemon water. For dessert again Washington cherries.

fine sliced red onion
olive oil
lemon juice
grated Parmesan cheese
white vinegar
minced garlic cloves
salt/black pepper to taste
Spinach salad with eggs, avocado, red bell pepper, cukes, tomato, and pine nuts. And maybe some bacon. And maybe some farro on the bottom because I'm really into farro these days.
