I may make some *** Chae, I saw recipe and now have a craving. I have all the ingredients except the sweet potato noodles (never knew that's what they were). I have some smaller green bean/pea noodles - anyone think that can work as a replacement?
Edit: darn filter J*A*P Chae noodles

We just retuned from beautiful Lake Cassadega in upstate NY, and we took our time coming home, stopping at art galleries, wineries, and farm stands.
So I am using some ingredients we picked up on the way home and making a Summer Squash casserole with NYS sharp cheese. https://www.evolvingtable.com/health...ash-casserole/ - similar to this, but I'm using cheddar.
I nice glass of wine, and I'm making a cucumber radish salad.
I don't usually don't buy baked goods, but I did buy a strawberry rhubarb pie from a farm stand. I have never been able to make that pie as well as my Oma. And this elderly woman of German decent, said her pie will be better!(she winked at me, so she was teasing) Well we shall see about that! I love meeting people while traveling!
