I over estimated time.... or more accurately, my motivation when I tried to prepare two dinners.

So NOW we are having 15 bean soup, with veggies and italian veggie sausage, and smoked ham shank.

Bison tomorrow night.

Got some beautiful pork chops yesterday so we are having pork chips, probably using the griddler cause it be rainy outside it appears. Also, picked up a sweet potato cause to me, mashed sweet potatoes go with pork. As for a veggie, I think I need to get rid of some of the squash in the fridge before it has to go in trash. Maybe i will use the air fryer or maybe I will make a small squash casserole? not quite sure about that part.

I feel like stuffed cabbage rolls. I do not feel like doing all the work though. Instead I am trying what the recipe calls a cabbage roll skillet. Hopefully it tastes good!

Have a happy Saturday everyone!
