I'm making some Ghanaian style okra stew with oxtails. Usually, the meat in this dish is goat or chicken, but I only had oxtails available. This is how the dish typically looks: Yaa Nyamekye
Homemade crab ravioli with a red bell pepper sauce and side salad with copycat Rusty Pelican honey-mustard vinaigrette. The crab was leftover knuckle meat from the last stone crabs claws we had.
I am going to do chicken pot pie. Believe it or not, at 81, married almost 60 years, would rather be in the kitchen than almost anywhere else and I have never make a chicken pot pie. We will probably have a small fruit salad with it or Waldorf salad. I have fixed green salad in some form everyday this week. I am about salad out. Spoiled brat hasn't mentioned it, but I am guessing he is as well.
