It seems summer has arrived for this week. Hot and humid days ahead.

Tonight macaroni salad,red radish salad,tomato/onion salad and garlic breaded roasted chicken legs. To drink ginger and lime with Perrier water. For dessert mango slices.

I’m planning to make a pan of lasagne and some sort of dessert. I love to have a few lasagne meals banked in the freezer.

Is mycoprotein a "mushroom burger"? Are all Quorn burgers mycoprotein? I've never used that word either. Only read it. Or only some? I enjoy their products. Sounds like a dinner I would eat. And the Stone IPA.
