Super easy dinner tonight. I will thinly slice up the brisket leftover from Saturday's dinner. Everyone can just make tacos out of that with the usual suspects.
I am making noodles and pork with gravy and for the salad a mixed fresh veggie salad with a combination of Cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, sweet onions, cabbage, carrots, radishes and a ranch dressing.
Tonight will be pasta with a tasso cream sauce. There is only one more package of homemade tasso left after tonight's dinner! I wish I had known that a week ago so I could make some more this holiday weekend, but it takes 7 days to cure before it gets smoked.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. One of my credit cards had to be cancelled this week during a business trip as someone hijacked my info and was trying to purchase round-trip airline tickets to Sweden! Tonight, I'm keeping it simple:
Honey orange spicy shrimp and fried chicken balls over rice noodles, corn on the cob and raspberry lemonade pie for dessert.
Monday night is steak night- two strip steaks....grilled and slathered with butter
