Last night was grilled, sour orange mojo marinated chicken with black beans and rice. I also did a braised country style pork rib dish for later in the week.
Fruit salad made with mango, orange, strawberries, ambrosia apple, & watermelon. Wanted fresh pineapple but they are not ripe enough.
you either copied me or I you: my fruit salad had mango, orange, strawberries and grapes. And, I too was going to have pineapple but it, as well as the cantaloupe was not yet ripe.
Tonight we will grill steaks and shrimp. I am doing a nice spinach salad with the spinach I bought at the famers market yesterday and I am deciding between green beans or roasted baby potatoes, maybe both.
SO asked for chicken salad - grapes, celery, curry, pecans, yoghurt/mayo.
