Grilled Cheese burgers (no buns) and I am making potato pancakes using frozen shredded potatoes. They came out really good last time.

Last night's dinner. I used lavash bread to make flatbread pizza. I used pizza sauce, grape tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella and prosciutto on one. Gorgonzola, fresh mozzerella, pears, and prosciutto on the other.

I got up this morning and made a peach barbecue sauce. I have a pork tenderloin marinating in some of it. I will grill that tonight and serve with corn on the cob. I plan on making a fruit salad for dessert or a side dish.
Have just a great Friday everyone!

With an anticipated arrival time of 4:30 pm there is now way to fire up and cook. We have a brand new wing joint next to a we’ll like pizza joint. I think Wings are my only hope of avoiding pizza.

Hubs requested a hunk of some kind of meat, so steaks, with a Greek Tortellini Salad is the plan.

Chiang Mai pork patties on Boston lettuce, and a fava bean salad served in pita, both from Global Kitchen. Happy Friday!

nmnita, I know your chicken pot pie will be delicious. That sounds like a tasty dinner. I haven't made a chicken pot pie in awhile. Congratulations on your long marriage too.

Tonight we are having mozzarella-stuffed pork meatball subs on garlic-butter rolls, potato salad, roasted zucchini and tomatoes, and caramel apple pecan cobbler for dessert.

I wish everyone a wonderful Memorial Day weekend - get out there and grill!
