Rain, sleet AND snow today. So, it's comfort food...Ham & eggs, biscuits, potatoes & onions steamed/fried in butter.

Worked later than usual today, and trying to watch carbs, so I drove through Boston Market and got prime rib with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables for DH and quarter white chicken with steamed vegetables for me. That's the thinnest piece of prime rib I've ever seen!

For us: salmon in the Air fryer, mashed cauliflower and potato and salad. Not exciting but sure is good and relatively healthy. it would be healthier if I would skip the butter on the mashed potatoes and cauliflower but some things are just to good to be given up.
