Pork vindaloo Goan style. I bought a big piece from Costco because it’s a $8 discount, too much meat. So this was the best way to make it tender, not dry and chewey. And Lamb Shank Madras. Served with white Rice. It’s a good way to get rid of a lot of spices.

Sounds delicious, Cal. I'll be making pizza in a few days... haven't had pizza in about 2-yrs. Like to make my own dough, since it's so cheap & I love the smell of rising dough wafting through the house. Been putting it off... had to make red sauce & meatballs first (check!) & I'm dairy allergic, so trying to figure out a palatable sub for cheese. Still can't think of anything... those soy substitutes are too rubbery, expensive & imho, soy isn't good for humans to consume.

For me, I'm slowly reheating frozen turkey-stuffs in the cast iron Dutch oven... bread stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes & the last of the turkey breast. Couldn't fit anything else in, so that's it. Maybe an espresso later since I'll be up working into the wee hours anyway.

And, to the sad poster, who felt the need to leave an anonymous, finger wagging comment for me in the guise of an upvote, why be so cowardly? If you have something to say about my posts/pics/vids, post it here, like I'm doing... why upvote, other than it allows you to hit & run & slither away.

I say most things tongue in cheek... if my personal dinner posts are not your cuppa tea & you feel personal outrage... fair enough, place me on ignore & begone.

Have a good upcoming week, All!
