I used to eat scotch eggs when my Scot-descent BIL made them for the family Christmas party. So good.

I hear and see "brekkie" when I go to Ontario.

They're veggies. I like to call them veggies. I'll continue to call them veggies. Veggies, veggies, veggies. Last night I even asked my wife if she picked up the veggies for tonight's dinner.

I think hangry is perfectly descriptive. English gets new word inventions all the time. This word is actually useful, and understandable.

Me too. Veggies. Nothing wrong with the word, IMO. But veg is OK with me too, what is the plural of veg?

Any one else hate when someone calls a cup of coffee a "cuppa" ? Especially if they just say cuppa and don't add "joe" after it....annoying either way.

For me, a "cuppa" is a cup of tea and that's just how we refer to it.

It was as far from an insult as one can get. Trust me.
