I'm lucky because I get my eggs from a guy who has them as pets. I get about 2dz a week. I usually eat 2-4 egg whites a day. I mix them with sriracha sauce and creole seasoning. I also put a little chili, or salsa, onions and cheese in it. Or leftover grilled veggies!
For those who like the taco seasoning (I used to use that) try Tony Chacheres original creole. It's way less expensive and I think taste so much better then those taco packets.
i like to scramble my eggs with onions, garlic, butter and some sort of meat like sausage or ham.
that sounds like how we do ours: love lots of veggies with my scrambled eggs. Otherwise I have never even thought about using anything other than S&P. We do use hot sauce or spoiled brat does.

You know a guy who keeps eggs as pets?
Sorry, It's obvious what you meant, but that gave me a chuckle. And I like your suggestions.
My wife has used catsup on her eggs for years which I found appaling. Heinz now has a spicy one with tabasco in it that is spicy and delicious as it turns out. Who knew.
I only use pepper and salt and I only like eggs hard boiled, scrambled or as an omelette. They also have to be fully cooked. I don't like runny eggs at all!
