Some leftovers turkey went into a sandwich. The cheese was untouched so starting on that today maybe I make some cheddar biscuits using the FoodWishes/Youtube recipe and the brie just use it up with saltines. Leftovers fresh vegetables go into a soup.
we brought home from our daughters prime rib and ham, including the ham bone. Yesterday I was anxious to try my new pressure cooker so we had split pea soup: OMG, it was fantastic and including prep time it only book 45 minutes. I usually slow cook soups at least 8 hours, sometimes longer. What we will do with the prime rib, I am not sure. I hate to heat it up and over cook it,but I am not sure what else to do with it. I do have a great recipe for prime rib soup, but there isn't that much meat left.

chicken cordon bleu, Swedish meatballs, rice pilaf, had some leftover Spinach lasagna with a white sauce that my SIL gave us. Glad to have leftovers because with my injured knee I can't do too much and it's easier for my husband to reheat foods and serve both of us plus I like leftovers. He's been working like a dog taking care of me.
I made a 10 lb spiral sliced ham for the 4 of us, so I have a lot left over. I kept some in the fridge for snacking, and put the rest in a couple of bags in the freezer. Using the bone today to make ham and bean soup.

Our cold prime rib sandwiches last night were fantastic.
Prime rib, “strengthened” horseradish sauce, crisp lettuce, and shaved shallot slices on thick lightly toasted slices of white bread. I’d have added tomato If I had a good one.

Ham and peanut fried rice is a great use for some of it!
