Having my bridge group today for cards, snacks and a little wine sipping, so dinner will be light. I am going to do chicken wings and a couple of veggies. I was supposed to have this on Sunday, but plans do get changed as we all know..
Tonight spinach paratha with chili pickle, homemade plain yogurt,onion,tomato,cucumber,celery,carrot slices and water to drink.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and arugula, cream cheese, Parmesan, maybe a pan sauce? Lemon garlic?
Sauteed sugar snap peas and broccoli.

Weisswurst, cooked in some manner that's not on the snow-covered grill, sauteed onions, and the leftover Korean noodle pancake from last night that was awesome!
I will be making lamb stuffed grape leaves. I always serve them with a platter of kalamatas, French feta, tzatziki, lemon wedges and some freshly baked Syrian bread.
