Nope, running around too much and too many chores to cook breakfast.

We are descending into easy to prepare meals as we put the house on the market and prep everything for a 2500 mile move (3000?).

So.... Lentil and black bean nachos, with tomatoes, cilantro, onions, guac, sour cream, spinach and a squeeze of lime.

Definitely healthier than spicy spam, eggs and rice.

Dessert will be either fresh fruit and yogurt, or dark chocolate/coconut/chia/pumpkin seed clusters.... or both. I'm wiped out.

My beverage of choice this evening is Chardonnay.
