I went to Sam's Club and bought a block of Australian cheese called "Old Croc". I didn't like the taste. Tasted like many cheeses I have tried. The texture is rubbery and sticks to the teeth. The taste is creamy and milky, like drinking raw milk. I ate about half and threw away the rest. At around $9 a pound, it's not cheap, but oh well I live and learn. Ate about 1,000 calories of this cheese in addition to 7oz of salmon sauteed in fresh tomato and herbs, 1 avocado, 2 eggs, and steamed veggies.
Hubby is making Korean fire chicken (cheese Buldak) using some thighs we picked up when going out for milk. I'm guessing it will be served with rice and sauteed zucchini since I know that's what we have.
