Some really good beef kielbasa we have, and a mish mash. It will be served over fresh spinach and julienned green peppers (normally I hate these, but from the garden they are different), topped with fresh sauerkraut, green onions, tomatoes, pickled peppers and pickles. Maybe a whole grain mustard dressing....?
I bought some frozen veggies for when we are out of fresh, so time to bust out brussel sprouts with butter sauce.
