Keeping it simple tonight as the dishwasher installer we be here late this afternoon. Prime sirloin steak in the sous vide, roasted asparagus and a baked Yukon gold potato.
We are trying to open up space in the chest freezer. So lots of big meals this week. Tonight it is a boiled corned beef dinner with carrots, cabbage, onions and little potatoes.
Turkey and Swiss sandwiches on hamburger buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, and Mayo. Potato chips. Carrot sticks. I will make a can of double noodle chicken soup for the toddler and give her some raw carrot too.
