Deconstructed kebabs. Sounds fancy, does it not? Chicken, onion, fresh pineapple, red bell pepper off the grill with spicy citrus glaze, basmati, curry sauce on the side and a bowl of the neverending rabbit food. I may throw a couple of shrimp for good measure.

I found a gyro kit at the store awhile back. DH took it out of the freezer by mistake, so that's what we're having for supper. I'll make a nice Greek salad to go with them.
