Are you supposed to open that little bag, or just throw the bag in the water, to boil??

So.....I looked closely @ that bag, and decided there were way to many little celery seeds, to end up on the shrimp. So I just "threw it in the water".....did not add the Cayanne Pepper, that was optional on the directions, either.
I am impressed, with the flavor, slightly spicy!

Thanks for the lesson about the little bag. Learned something new.

Hey are all of you like me as far as recipe collecting? I have been cutting out recipes and printing recipes that I want to try for years. The sad thing is I try less than 10 a year. All my recipes are going to outlive me unless I promise to make a change. I'm thinking of starting a new "goal" thread to try 1 new recipe a week/month. Is anyone interested in finally making some of your treasured recipes?

I had to move back a bit from the keyboard after the beef roast and mashed taters tonight. Even had a big bate of brussel sprouts dripping in smart balance. I needed some smarts tonight.
