Tonight grilled salmon with a garden salad (Romaine lettuce,cherry tomatoes,red,green,orange,yellow Bell peppers, English cucumber, Vidalia onion,Kalamata olives,Greek Feta cheese and an olive oil,lemon juice,garlic,oregano,sweet paprika and fresh mint from my garden vinaigrette).To drink lemon water.For dessert homemade chilled yogurt layered with diced grapefruit,a pinch of vanilla,orange juice and a shot of Vodka.
