2MAD is fine for maintenance, but I still have about 10 pounds to lose.

Why not try my favorite sport. ADF. I would assume that would be a easier working.

I really hope some long term studies are under way to find out the long term effects on longevity of eating only 1x per day.

I might try ADF at some point, but 2MAD is definitely easier while working, and it's only for a couple more weeks.

I don't know about IF, but low-calorie diets (which IF is NOT meant to be) are correlated with longevity.
