I did not label my 5 gallon buckets of flour, now I can not tell which is the all purpose and which is the self rising, thanks.

Add a 1/2 tsp of white vinegar to 1/2 tsp of flour. If the flour bubbles, it's self rising.

Thank you; that's an excellent tip.
I never do buy SR flour; I don't see the point, as baking powder can easily be added to all purpose but it's impossible to remove it from SR.

Sometimes I find myself cooking at someone else's (like when they are ill or something), so now I have a way of checking.
