I think nestle makes some for baking. you might check their website for some info.
If you want to try a really good mint cookie from a package..try the new mint double stuff oreos. they are really good. my kids love them, and I had to give them a try. excellent.

You might find them at a cake decorator supply store. They usually carry all the good icings, food colorings, flavored candy stuff.

I was going to suggest Andes or Ghiardelli brands...rarely see them, unless the grocery stores are TRYING to get rid of their overstock of them.

hey i came across this when i was googling where to find the hershey choco mint chips. i know you posted this some time ago but i called hershey and they told me that it is only a seasonal item and can only be found in stores druing the fall/winter baking season. the guy told me that it usually starts around october. hahaha i know its a couple of years late but i hope it helps
