A Reuben on marble rye. But also a slow cooker full of corned beef, carrots, celery, and onion...for later.

My wife is 100% Swedish ,family go's back thousand years to when they fought Dragons beat their war shelds with cow bones and wore horns on their heads. But darn she makes the best Irish beef stew,homemade bread and fresh turned butter, yes we have a few cows on another property .
I know they didn't wear horns ,but did use cow bones as clubs.and there were dragons ....I think.

Well it has become an American tradition, whether you like it or not. Lighten up!! We also celebrate Italian heritage in October, I guess you don't approve of us having fun then either I also celebrate my birthday & wedding anniversary. Having fun should be an integral part of life, no need to fact check every darn occasion.
