I was thinking catfish, green beans, hush puppies, and roll, with sweet tea,,, but since various multiple cow patties were hitting fan and couldn't get out of office, had one of my engineers bring me back a roast beef & curly fries from Arbys...

No chicken salad. Had grilled ham and cheese with tomato soup. No complaints. Still a very good lunch.
